Carlos Ribeiro:
"I can say I gave my first steps on the gaming world at the age of three, four when my brother bought a Famiclone, where I played great videogame classics. After the infamous clone, I got a Sega Mega Drive which, even though it's not my favourite console, was the one that entertained me the most; it was the when I finished my first "real game", Sonic the Hedgehog. By that time, I also got to play some of the SNES' greatest classics. After that, I got to play Master System, Spectrum and Amiga's games (all borrowed).
I bought a Game Boy as my first handheld system, and then followed the Game Boy Color and Game Boy Advance (NINTENDO FTW :))
After the Mega Drive, I entered the 32bit era with an Amiga CD32, which unfortunately didn't last long, but was still great fun, especially for reliving old Amiga 1200 classics. I then got a Sony Playstation, and got to play a lot of Nintendo 64 even though I never acually owned one.
Finally, there's the Playstation 2.
My collection is dedicated mostly to old school games, Sega Mega Drive and Super Nintendo ones. My main objective is to get the best and rarest of them both, even though I collect games beyond these two consoles."
Sandro Pereira:
"I started playing real games only at about seven years old. I was never really into that kind of stuff until I won a Sega Saturn from a contest I entered. I was completely hooked ever since.
After Sega's console was dead, I went with Sony products, with a Playstation and a Playstation 2 shortly after.
My Playstation 2 collection continues to grow, now with more than twenty games.
As far as handhelds are concerned, Nintendo has always been my choice, with a Gameboy Pocket, a Gameboy Color and now a Nintendo DS Lite.
I'm a gamer, not a collector, but I think I've still managed to get some rarish games and other neat stuff in my collection."
